Don't cut out all of your favorites, but maybe don't overindulge quite as much as usual!!! Go for some walks with the family over the holidays in between meals!!!

I love your philosophy. There is a lot of truth to what you say. I think the biggest problem with most people is that they set lofty goals, rather than small goals that they can reasonably obtain...baby steps is the way to go. Have a great holiday season!
